So I'm trying to update my clock face on Fitbit Versa Lite, and when I try to load the watch face I end up getting stuck in this endless loop. I go into the page where I select my clock face, ad when I select any clock face (or app for that matter), the clock doesn't load and I get stuck in this endless loop where the clock face never actually loads for me to even try to install it. I'm working off the windows app because I don't have a smartphone, and so far, I have tried reinstalling the app, restarting the app, restarting my Fitbit, changing the network I'm on, and disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it gets stuck when trying to change the clock face. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help page in order to change the clock face on your watch.

It's got nothing to do with what's going on with my watch. There's something wrong in the windows app. When i click on a watch face or an app, the only thing i get is a spinning dial, and no matter how long i leave it for it just keeps spinning. It's the same issue that the people on the thread below described...

I got Versa 2 days back and even I am facing the same with the app.
now I am thinking to return the watch.
