Issues with Notifications on One plus mobile phones

I own a Fitbit versa lite and since the time I have purchased this device I am facing issues with receiving notifications on it.Every time I go to the profile page I get an error message "Notifications service is not working.Please restart your phone..."

I have done that multipkw times still the issue persists

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

3) Restart your OnePlus device

How do I lock Fitbit app in multitasker?

-Press multitasking button (either right or left button from your home button at the bottom of screen), this will pop up all active apps on your OnePlus screen

-Select Fitbit app

-Touch on 3 dots at top right of Fitbit app screen

-Select "Lock" , this will lock Fitbit app

Followed your steps, issue still persists

I am sorry, it was a permanent solution on my previous OnePlus 7 Pro. Same on my friend's OnePlus 7T Pro.
