I’ve had my versa 2 for about 6 months, I had the charge 3 before and loved it. The first few months with my versa 2 it worked great the last few not so much. It will randomly restart which also causes my battery to die in about 2 days. The touchscreen often becomes unresponsive and I have to restart the watch to make it work again. It will also loose my heart rate multiple times a day, I will adjust the watch take it off and put it back on sometimes this works to regain my heart rate but not always. I have tried updating and resetting the watch and nothing so far as helped with these issues. I really wish I hadn’t gotten rid of my charge 3, considering buying the Apple Watch at this point since my versa 2 is often unusable. Any help is appreciated.

Your are still within the warranty period. Have you contacted support to make a claim?
