I got my versa3 3 days ago, it has turned itself off in the night. Now i cant turn it on, no flashing lights, tried to connect to charger and no changes, tried to restart and unable to do so.
can anyone help as i cant get through to customer service.

Hi @ejshaw84 - it could be a faulty charge cable or power supply.
Try the USB port of the computer and check the cable - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
