Issues with screen - vertical lines and blurry

Hi, 

 

My screen on my versa is not working. There's a faint blurry outline/vertical lines that sort of lights up with I turn my screen on but nothing is visible. I've tried resetting my watch several times. Is there a fix for this?

Did you just update the software? I did on mine and have the same issue. I contacted customer service and they told me there us nothing they can do. But offered me 25% off a new device.

 

I had no prior issues with my Versa. Thing worked great until the update.
