Keeps turning off

My Fitbit keeps turning off, I’ve restarted it, **ahem** it down and given it time a still no luck, the battery is near full so that isn’t a problem, the only way I can get it to turn on is by putting it on charge, There was an update today which I thought would fix it but know. Anyone know what’s going on??
