The latest update has made my Versa unusable. The pulse monitor is 40-50 beats off and the oxygen sensor does not work anymore. These engineers need to fix this problem ASAP.. There are probably other problems that I haven't found yet.

My watch stopped monitoring heart rate completely after I did the firmware update on Saturday. Walked through a factory reset with Fitbit Support yesterday, and still doesn't work.
Edited to add that I can't even start a chat with Fitbit Support today-- it's leading to a 404 page. So frustrating!

Presumably you Shutdown the watch and started it again, just in case it is necessary?
If it doesn't resolve probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Ditto this last update has trashed my watch. O2 sensor is not working and the watch reads 50-60 beats higher during the workout that previous workouts. I have also borrowed a watch and did a side by side comparison. The Versa is the problem with this last update. .You have to ask, is this the way they try to get you to purchase a newer watch? If I have to buy another product it will not be FITBIT or Google.

I did a reboot and shutdown several times. The situation occurred wright after the update.

Fitbit Support is not an option. They are impossible to work with to solve problems.
