For maybe 3 weeks now, or even a month the left button on my versa has not been working (I've had this product for almost a year). Everything else works fine. So basically when I press the left button, nothing will happen, I have to use the right 2 buttons to turn on the screen.
I have already:
-reset the fitbit versa several times
-factory reset
-tried to clear dirt from the button.
The next step I'm thinking would be to replace the device .... ?

Have you tried shutting the Versa off. Then restarting? If that doesn't work, your next option would be to contact. fitbit.com
