My Versa cut off after my first swim wearing it. I've had it for several months, but I've been too scared to swim with it. It just cut off mid swim and now it will not turn back on. Ive been trying for a couple weeks now, doing everything I can think to do. How do I fix this? Or should I just try to get a refund or replacement?

Hi, sorry to hear that we both are experiencing the same issue. I even googled it to see if I can swim before actually going. Worked only halfway through my day at the water park. I sent an email to Fitbit to see what the steps are for getting it replaced. Will keep you updated.
