Left button not working

Hiya, the left button on my versa (2 i think), has packed up.  It presses in the sticks but does nothing at all.

I bought this direct from fitbit i think about 2 years ago.  Is it still under warranty?  Are there any suggestions?

To better assist you and confirm which Fitbit device are you using, can you please specify how many buttons does your device have? Does it have a 3 buttons or a single one? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device following the steps that are specified on: How do I turn off my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

I think its a versa 2, with the hr scanner.  It was a limited edition purple and pink one.  

It has 3 buttons, 2 on the right hand side, 1 on the left hand side.

It's the left side button that wont work.

Based on the information that was shared in your reply, it seems that you have the first Fitbit Versa and not the Versa 2 version because this one only has a single button. Now that we determined which device are you using, can you please let me know if the issue was resolved after turning on/off your device? Or is the button still not working?

I did answer.  No it didnt help, the button is still not working.  Its not a software issue you can feel it when you press the button, its not clicking like it did when new
