Legit website or not?

I was looking for a Fitbit student discount on Unidays, and it sent me to this website called mywellbeingpromo.com

I was in a hurry and ordered a fitbit on there, but I am having doubts as to how reliable it will be as they are not on the list of fitbit authorized retailers. Their terms and conditions, shipping info sections of their website (which I have linked above) seem legit with no typos.

Should I cancel this order and buy from somewhere else instead?

@Anagh   I ALWAYS recommend Authorized Retailers.  You get no warranty coverage from other sites.  You can always find the link to the UK retailers at the bottom of your page.  There is a link to Retailers there.

As far as I can see, the site looks legit - i.e. not an obvious scam like several that were popping up several months ago.  However not being an authorized retailer raises issues.  Generally Fitbit does not honor/service warranties on products bought from non-authorized dealers.  I checked the warranties on web site, and it says to go through Fitbit for any warranty issues.

I was thinking the same yea-it seems like a legit website but I don't want a product with a void warranty in case something goes wrong

They seem to have the entire Fitbit line, so IDK. I probably would have checked with Fitbit support. Costco and Sams club for example, are authorized retailers, but not listed in the link below. Prices are not super low like most of the fakers, and they're listing the premium trials?

I did the same mistake and preordered fitbit versa 4 and sense 2 and realized the same when i did not get any order confirmation.

We also ordered a Sense2 via Unidays this weekend (1 Oct 22) and no order confirmation received (these days it’s automatic so I had expected immediately once payment made). Having read this post, I am now cancelling with credit card company and will place order via another site.

Hi all. Update to my post on 3 Oct 22. I did receive my Fitbit sense 2 ordered via Unidays, but didn’t received my order confirmation without chasing. I emailed Unidays who passed me to Fitbit who couldn’t find the order, I was then advised to email customerservice @ wellbeingpromo.com. I provided some delivery info and the emailed me the order confirmation.

so not a con, just not a joined up process. I was however successful in claiming the cash back.
