I have done 1005 lifetime floors but haven’t received the 1000 lifetime floors badge. Please advise.

Congratulations on your lifetime floor achievement 👏👏 If your badge didn’t show up try syncing your Fitbit App or logging out of the Fitbit App and log back in. I’ve had badges in the past that didn’t pop up like they were supposed to but I was able to find it under my badge collection. Have you looked there?? 


Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then tap your profile picture again. Scroll down and tap badges and trophies then tap badges. Is your Lifetime Floor Achievement badge showing??

 

I hope just syncing or logging back in helps. Let me know
