Hasn't worked in a week. The logo is on the screen and there are lines on the screen. It is not working at all and I'm so distraught. Help please

Hi, I'm also getting lines and screen is only working intermittently, even after factory reset and installing latest firmware. Even if the screen does light up (after many attempts) it will fade away into dark lines. Would attach a pic/video if there was an easy way to do so.
