Versa 2 Screen smashed and no options???

I dropped my Versa 2 (my mistake in a hurry)

When I contacted Fitbit to ask about the options I was basically dismissed. Not under warranty (obvs 🙄 and not what I was asking) and simply no response to anything else. I asked to be escalated to customer complaints and was told there was no such thing but that my comments were noted!!

Really Fitbit?? I have thrown £200 down the drain after just 7 months? 
the worst thing was the attitude of the response - absolutely couldn’t care less. In a world of such high competition you would have thought after such a long time of similar complaints it would have been resolved.

if Fitbit think that this means more income to replace they are very wrong - subscription now cancelled and looking to spend my money elsewhere, not to mention the negative PR. Seems that Apple and garmin are worth the investment given their level of customer service.
