Linking Versa to a Oppo R17 Pro

Trying to link my Versa to my Oppo R17 Pro.

Goes uptil the Found Versa page on the app and then the Versa shows a numeric code but my phone app flashes and I'm back to the setup page i.e. Add a new device.

Done all of this but still no joy :

  1. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit App.
  2. Factory reset the Versa,
  3. Removed other bluetooth devices from my phone's bluetooth setup.

It can connect to my wife's Samsung S10 which is 'not supported' while the Oppo R17 is.

Thanks in advance for any tips or hints guys !

@PS4DB Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you setting up your Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
