Live chat not working

Hi there, My livechat is not working and I recently returned my FitBit Versa (tracking post says delivered). I was told I would receive an email asking for my address - I am unsure on how to get in touch when the LiveChat system isn't working and I can't find an email?

Hi there! I am currently working, and I don't have twitter and only other way is over the phone. Line keeps buzzing saying busy. Call back later? What other methods would you suggest?

What is available in my area will be different at different times of the day and different to what is offered wherever you live. Try the link at different times of the day (or night) though unfortunately email might not be available atm due to the virus.
