My verse 2 keeps deleting my steps I was on 11645 steps after using my treadmill this afternoon. I have just looked at my fitbit and it’s now saying 8424. It’s done this for the last 3 days, it’s got 80% charge and I have done the reset everyday but it’s still loosing my steps. I will not be buying another Fitbit, really disappointed 😡

Hi @SunsetRunner - this can happen if you also connected your phone to the account.

Go to the device page in the Fitbit App and verify that only the watch is connected.
