Spotify on watch not working

Howdy. I can't get my versa 2 watch to control spotify anymore. Reset watch, reinstalled spotify on fitbit app multiple times. Worked fine on my previous phone but hasn't worked since I switched to a flip5. I click on the spotify app on my watch, it thinks for 3 or 4 seconds then always goes back to the home screen. Any idea why? Super annoying as it was a great feature previously. Thanks 😊

Hi @kristalama - recent flip phones support can be problematic with the Fitbit App, especially as it can have syncing problems too.

You may be able to get around it, if the watch is syncing, by using the inbuilt Music controls instead, which also allows you to change volume and tracks without needing an app, so the watch can be used with whatever function you like at the same time.

Also make sure any older phone is not switched on as this can complicate syncing. You may need to logout of the Fitbit App and restart phone and watch for getting sync to work.
