Losing active minutes

I tend to randomly lose active minutes, and this is impacting ability to track calorie intake. I can’t figure out why this is happening, but have taken several screenshots where this change occurs. I’ve seen articles about this before indicating issue is resolved, but it appears to be back?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Nikhop.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you randomly lose active minutes. I understand that it impacts your calorie intake and will be glad to investigate further. Thank you for letting me know that you have several screenshots. If possible, please provide them for better investigation. You can find the instructions on how to share an image in this post. Please let me know if you manually log any exercises or have any third party app connected to your Fitbit account?

For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes?

Looking forward to your response.

Thank you for the reply. The above image is from my am workout on 9/12. Below is later that same day. I originally thought maybe it was a resync issue, but I did not swipe the app to force a synch. In fact, I just logged in to log my food and the minutes had disappeared.
