Losing steps when syncing

I seem to be losing 3000+ steps daily once my versa 3 is synced with my phone. This has happened sporadically for a while but has been a daily occurrence for about a week. I have tried restarting devices but it makes no difference. It is quite upsetting knowing that I have achieved but ot not being registered which then affects distance and other scores

Hi @Bl0ssom   - this is a known issue currently affecting users - see Unreliable step counting bug 

Also the Stress score is broken.

There is nothing a user can do to resolve it, the only work around is to turn off Bluetooth during move hours and to do multiple manual syncs when Bluetooth is turned on again. Other measurements are affected if the steps are wrong.
