Lost Data on Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I went out for a walk tonight and when I finished my versa showed I had 6 miles for the day and more than 2100 calories. About 15 minutes later I opened the Fitbit app and found that the totals had decreased- it read that I had 4.3 miles and about 1900 calories. As I looked more, I realized that I am missing all the data from 12:45 to 9:15, even though I was wearing my Versa and checking it throughout the day.

I have restarted my Versa and my iPhone. I’ve closed the app, turned off Bluetooth, logged out and logged in again. Nothing has worked.

Please help!! This is very, very frustrating, as if the changes in the app weren’t already enough this week! If Fitbit continues to be unreliable, I’ll look to Apple and Garmin.

Hi @MSEliz59 Unfortunately once data is actually lost, restarts wont bring it back. Hopefully they will get it working correctly from now on. Did you manually enter any activity in the app, or edit exercise data?

As you know the approximate data that was lost you count manually enter a walk activity in the app and that will put the approximate steps back that you lost. Let me know if you need help to do that

@MSEliz59 your app or Fitbit.com will have the time of the last sync. My guess is the app will say Last sync at 12:15
