My Versa 2 charger was either lost or stolen. Either way, I cannot charge my FitBit to use it. I cannot find a phone number or email on the website. I really am missing using my FitBit especially getting my sleep cycle stages. I have heard Fit Bit has an excellent customer service department; do you think it's possible they would send me another charger?

Hi @MedicDi as nice as support is, I wouldn't think they would send you a charger, but it can't hurt to ask.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.
