I was refused warranty repair because I cannot take a picture of the serial number. Apparently, it's on the box which I discarded. Fitbit verified the date of purchase, from a qualified vendor, and agrees its under warranty. Has a claim number but they ghosted me. I'm upset since I've been a member for 10 years, owned several trackers and NOW they abandon me. What is my recourse?

Hi @Muskellonge customer support has the final say, but to be sure they haven't ghosted you, I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to assist you. A Fitbit Moderator is an employee of the company, but is not the one with the final say in support cases.

The communication started back up and they confirmed my details. It's been almost a week and nothing. Not sure what's happening.
