Lost data on my Versa 2 and app while syncing

Hi, I was syncing my versa 2 with my fitbit after working out and I lost data from both my watch and the app. It only shows 800 steps and 0 zone minutes with no workout even though I had achieved 2300+ steps in that workout with 46+ zone minutes.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2.

 

Please make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app (3.48 iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

In addition, I would recommend restart your Versa 2 by following these steps.

 

If necessary, you can manually log exercises on your Fitbit account by following the steps in this article in the menu "How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?".
