Hi. So I’ve hit just over 9400 steps already today and it was showing on my watch and I had sync’d it and it was showing on the app………….a little while later did another sync and both the app and my watch are now showing 3844 steps 😫 is there anyway of getting my steps back? Thanks

Thank you for the information provided.
There are a couple of factors that could have caused this problem:
- If your Fitbit account is connected to a third party app, it could have synced information to your Fitbit account overwriting your data.
- Whether an activity was manually logged on your Fitbit account, that could have overwritten your steps.
If none of the above is related to your case, you can add steps to your Fitbit account by manually logging activities like walking, running or hiking. In the distance field, you can select steps to be able to add the missing steps.
