Hi 

I have a new Versa lite, it tracked my steps today - around 18,500 but when I sync’d to the Ap this changed to around 4,500?

 

why? Any advice?

Let me help you with your missing steps on your Versa lite. Did you manually logged any activities? Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? If there is a manually logged activity then this may overwrite the data recorded by your Versa lite. You can simply delete said activity to view your steps again.
