Lost steps

I had over 13500 steps today then at the end it said I only had 9000. I was doing a challenge and lost 😞 How can I fix this?

Let me help you with you missing steps. Do you have more than one Fitbit device setup on your account? Did you log any activities and then delete them? How often do you sync your device? Still you can try restarting your device and check the details mentioned before.
