Hi everyone, I'm fairly new to using a FitBit, but have been logging calories through mfp for around 3 years now. In that time, I was on a calorie allowance of 1200 per day, and lost around 19kg in total over a year. However, I'm noticing that the calorie allowance on FitBit is much lower than this.
My current stats are: 152.4cm, and around 52kg
On a day where I don't exercise, I'm told that I burn just under 1200 calories, and therefore am only allowed to eat 697 calories for that whole day - far too low surely?! On days where I do at least 1 hour of cardio, I'm told I can eat 1100, which again seems too low.
I would just like to know if anyone can provide any recommendations on how much roughly I should be eating in a day, if I want to lose 1lb per week - my goal weight is around 49/50kg, so I don't have much left to lose - thanks!
