Versa 2 stopped syncing

2 days ago my fitbit stopped syncing. I dont get any notifications. I tried everything on your forum. Reinstalled app, restarted fitbit, checked my settings...nothing still. What can I do?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

I’m having same problem, and have tried all suggestions.  Happened with the time change.  No sleep, no heart rate, will not sync.

I am having the same issue. When I turn off and on my Bluetooth on my iPhone, I do not have the option to "forget this device" for my Versa 2. I am on Version 35.70.8.0 but when I try to update, the searching button keeps going around and around.

 

What else can I try? There has been so syncing since the end of September.
