Hi, I’ve got my notifications switched on for email and mobile, I get the emails, but I dont get any low battery notifications to my mobile phone, any ideas? Thanks Tom

Hi @SunsetRunner  - you should get a notification when your battery reaches 25% only - In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and Notifications and check that you are accepting the low battery alerts.
