Would anyone know how to find the MAC address of your fitbit without having it? I am using a Bluetooth app to try and find it.

Hello @Fonzie1535 and welcome to the Community.  This might or might not work for you.  I'm hoping that your Fitbit is lost in your house.  I say this because my Versa 3 loses my wi-fi connection when I get out of range of my router.

 

Tap on your profile picture > Versa 3 tile > Wi-Fi Settings.  If you you can reconnect it to your wi-fi, then you can see the MAC address in the wi-fi details.

 

The MAC address isn't on the box, but the serial number is.  I don't know if Support can look up the MAC address from the serial number or not.
