Turned my Fitbit versa 3 off as it was not opening workout screen. Turned back on and now it shows logo, vibrates and goes black. It does this on repeat and does not stop. I put on charger and tried to turn on, I’ve held the button for 10sec. Nothing helps it stop or shut off. What’s my next step?
