Mail Message and all other notification not working.Did all the basic troubleshooting but no.luck can some one help

What phone do you have and is bluetooth enabled?

I have Redmi Note8 Pro and yes my bluetooth is also on.

Since I purchased it never works properly for me it's like only watch I think it's waste of my money to.spend a product which are well know for smart watches .
