I would try a restart before a factory reset as it doesn't do any harm.
Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the fitbit logo on the screen.
If that doesn't work then you can perform a factory rest without the screen working but it's a messy process. I would suggest doing it under the guidance of customer support: contact.fitbit.com but if you want to try it yourself:
Once the Fitbit.com/setup screen appears, open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the watch from the list. Then, please set up the watch back to your account with the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
