Has anyone had an issue where the entire versa screen has come off from the unit, the smart watch has been used correctly following the guidelines however when it was used in the pool (cold water) for the first time the whole unit died.

This is not the first post I have seen reporting this issue. The usual recommendation is to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

Thanks for that, i am having difficulty navigating the fitbit website in finiding technical support from fitbit itself, can you help me here please
