I purchased a new Samsung galaxy phone and I wanted to pair my fitbit versa lite to it. When I did the first time everything was fine the watched was working correctly. Then out of no where the watched started acting up I unpaired it redownload the fitbit app and was able to pair it to the phone but the watch will not download the new update and is in factory rest mood. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing is working fibit is fully aware of the faulty update they have sent out. I purchased this Fitbit through a third party vendor they have said the the fitbit has a one year warranty from the date of purchase how can this be corrected. By the fitbit company.

Hi @Keren23 as long as you purchased it from an authorized retailer, the warranty is one year. click to see the list of retailers. you try a restart of the Fitbit? There have been updates to the Fitbit app and probably update to the firmware of the Versa you have. Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see

I don't see that on the list of authorized retailers. You'll first want to work with customer support to see if they are able to help you. Warranty information can be found here - click.
