Maximum logs entered

Hi there-

I have been getting a 'maximum logs entered' message for water intake, even after syncing with my phone. I've reset my phone and watch to no avail; this pesky message reappears. Any advice?

Are you water entries showing up on the fitbit web site?

I am having the same issue with my versa, I have made sure the app was updated, and synced, I have turned my device on and off, I have logged out of the app and logged back in but I am not able to log my water or weight. I keep getting the message that maximum logs have been entered and to make sure I have synced my watch to continue logging info. What can I do to fix this

Hi there-
Had to jump through so many hoops to fix this issue! I think it's a bug in
the watch software.
I would recommend factory resetting your watch (annoying) and then syncing
to your phone. You will have to set up your watch again, but it should
resolve the issue. At least. It did with mine. Good luck! Hope this helps!

Since water is directly logged on the Fitbit Server through the Fitbit app, web site or tracker, I'm not sure what a factory reset of the tracker could help with.
