I have been getting a 'maximum logs entered' message for water intake, even after syncing with my phone. I've reset my phone and watch to no avail; this pesky message reappears. Any advice?
I am having the same issue with my versa, I have made sure the app was updated, and synced, I have turned my device on and off, I have logged out of the app and logged back in but I am not able to log my water or weight. I keep getting the message that maximum logs have been entered and to make sure I have synced my watch to continue logging info. What can I do to fix this

Best AnswerSince water is directly logged on the Fitbit Server through the Fitbit app, web site or tracker, I'm not sure what a factory reset of the tracker could help with.
