Versa 2 won't sync

Hello!

I have recently bought a fitbit versa 2. Unfortunately I didn't know that there was a list of compatible devices. I have a samsung j5 2016 and I can't get the update. Consequently, I can't see any notifications (emails, text messages), the weather. I can't even change the faces of my watch.

 Tell me if there is something I can do in order to make my smartphone synchronise with my Versa 2.

Hi @Mia_Eki, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the syncing and notifications issues that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.

 

Please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
