I have had an Alta HR for a year or so. I recently purchased a Versa 2. Can I take my information (I guess that's what I'd call it....my steps, etc) from my Alta and send it to my Versa? Or do I have to start all over again?

Hi @kduf - Glad you found us here! I’m happy to say you will NOT lose your data. Please do the following from the Fitbit app on your phone:

  • Sync your Alta HR then tap Account > Alta HR > Remove this Device.
  • Then tap Account > Set Up a Device. Follow the prompts to set up your new Versa 2.

If I already set up my new Versa, will it still transfer or am I too late?
Thanks for your help!

It should be fine. Do you see all your data?  Data is stored in your account on the Fitbit servers. So it should not matter which device you have connected to the account.
