Messages on versa 1

Hello I’ve recently bought a versa 1 and I have à little problem I can’t get my messages on thé watch but the settings say That that it’s on

Hi, you need to set up which message app the Versa is monitoring. You'll find the settings on the phone app under notifications.

Hello @Vanesss1616 notifications are setup through the Fitbit app on your phone. 

If your watch is in its sleep mode or DND then no notifications will be seen.

I got mine for Xmas last year, worked OK for a few months, calls texts and emails worked perfectly but a few months back I did an update of the watch on my app and nothing coming thru since, maybe once a week it vibrates when a call comes but that's it, I have go into my app a few times a day to sync it, never dies it automatically, very annoying.
