I can't get the message because it looks like the ?this question mark in a box. How can I fix this?

I appreciate the details mentioned. Usually when the message is showing as a question mark, it's because of the emoji support on your device isn't the same as the sender. I would like you to make sure you have the latest OS in your Android or iOS. Could you let me know if you're seeing question mark in all your messages or only with the ones that have emojis?

@JAY0 Thanks for getting back. In this case, I would like you to restart your Ionic, remove the notifications and then set them again. After this, please check if you receive notifications as expected.
