Microphone not working on Versa 2

Hi,

I recently have encountered an issue now with the newest updates for November.  

About 2-3 weeks ago my microphone no longer responds on my Fitbit Versa 2. 

Below are steps Inhave done to resolve,  all with zero results or success: 

1. Reset Fitbit Versa 2

2. Power cycled phone 

3. Ensured bluetooth connections are on both and they recognize each other.

4. Checked to ensure microphone settings in both Alexa & Fitbit apps are on.

5. Ensured permissions are granted in settings on Android device for both Fotbit app and Alexa. 

6. Uninstalled,  reinstalled and reset up device with Fitbit app.

7. Ensured in Alexa app that device is registered & shows online. 

8. On Versa 2 under settings I have microphone "enabled" for voice features. 

9. Cleared cache 

10 Ensures location settings are on 

All to no success. I am still unable to use text voice reply or any Alexa features. 

Really frustrated at this point. 

Any other recommendations to fix?
