My friend and I played golf today.  I have a Versa that I've had for two + years.  She had a brand new Versa Lite.  We both used the exercise shortcuts and told it we were playing golf.  We played the exact same course.  At the end, my Fitbit said I'd walked 6.5 miles; hers said 4.9.  Why would there be that much difference.  We are the same height.  She may be a little more fit than me.  Any ideas?

Hi, this has something to do with the stride lenght between you and your friend. Tap in the dashboard of the Fitbit App on the account icon (looks like a credit card) and press it. Scroll down to advanced settings and press that too. Scroll down to "Stride lenght" and adjust it so the distance is shown in an accurate way. Probably she has to downsize her Stride lenght to get the same result. All in all, fiddle around with that and in the end she will get the same result as you got. See my signature if my post really helped you solve the problem.
