How do I correct the conversion of steps to mileage to get the proper amount of miles? It is converting incorrectly.

Days of Exercise tile > gear icon near top right > Stride length

Fitbit sets a default based on height and other personal physical parameters which is usually quite close so don't expect it to be far off.  If it is way off, it might be a different issue.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
