I was going through my data today from the previous days and noticed Tuesday night, while I was driving home from Nursing classes, my heart rate was peaking at 168, going back down and peaking again. I know my heart rate wasn’t that high. My resting heart rate has been around 55 to 63 for years. Has anyone else had this issue?
Also, avoid the Sense because of the charger! I’ve been a FitBit customer for years and recently had a Sense. The charger stopped working, so I contacted support and was told I’d be sent another one. I’ve been waiting on the replacement for two months now. I’ve contacted support again about not receiving the replacement charger and was told my issue was being expedited to a higher team that would contact me via email. I’m still awaiting the email.

Thank you for providing the details regarding this issue. I'm sorry to know about your charger and thank you for the feedback.
Before considering other options, I recommend that you try restarting the device.
In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Since you contacted Support in order to get assitance with the difficulty with the charger, I'd ask you to keep in contact whit them as they have already a case created for you.
