I completed over 40k steps on Saturday and have yet to receive the appropriate badge? The 30k and 35k badges pushed through fine. Can some one rectify this with my account?

I'd like to mention that badges are designed to reward your step-based activities that are recorded while you wear your Fitbit device. Manually logged activities are intended to help you track activities that are based on effort rather than steps or distance, so they don't count toward step badges.
If you already confirmed the information above, feel free to get in touch with our Support Team, so they can check with you the activities of that specific day to have more details on what happened with your Cleats badge.
