I am using the Versa and mobile is One Plus 6T. I cannot install Mobile Track on my mobile and this at times when I go for Social gatherings when I don't use my Fitbit I don't have any data log

Hi @Kgversa , see this help article regarding mobile track. Your problem might be the result of the fact that you Mobile Device is not supported by Fitbit yet. The 6 is but the 6T not, see this list. regards kuzibri
