I just did the most recent update and see it switched from active minutes to zone minutes. All my past active minutes data is gone! Support says they can’t help. I’m doing a challenge and now my last 106 days of data is gone! Anyone else experience this? I am so disappointed with this update and loss of data

Some (at least) of your previous data should still be accessible. The help files say:

 

Your active minutes data is below your Active Zone Minutes data in the Fitbit app:

  1. On the Today tab tap Zone Mins.
  2. At the top, tap Week.
  3. Scroll down to see your active minutes data.
