Multiple Versa Issues

My Versa worked well from November 2018 when I bought it until August of 2019, when it started acting strange.  The heart rate, and sleep features have stopped working for about a month and my battery only lasts about 36 hours.  I used to get 4 - 5 days.  AS of today, the Versa seems to have trouble connecting with my phones GPS, so my walking mileage was way off on a known route.  The only thing I have right now is the steps.  I have not changed any of my settings.  I've tried restarting my Versa.  Didn't change anything.  Any ideas?

Hi @PamFit58  Try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it please come back here.

Tried the reset.  Didn't change a thing.

I am. I came on here to see if I could report or get tech help. Started yesterday. I normally don't have to charge but once every 4 to 5 days. I had to charge it before bed last night like two days earlier than normal, then again around noon today, and just now had to put it back on the charger again. But this time I noticed when I put it on it says 100%, take it off and it goes to 0%, and repeat same issue. I've only had it less than a year, maybe 9 months. I have a Versa and is sync with a Droid phone.

And before the Battery issue thing... Mine started doing that as well about a couple of days ago and not syncing, now a issue with battery life holding. Thought this may be important to add as well per may be related with app updates.

Thank you. I am currently awaiting replacement and to see if that does resolve the issue. In the meantime I am having a Versa renewal. LOL
