Multiple problems with Versa 2

I’m been having similar issues as others with my Versa 2 in the last week but it’s all of them combined! I can’t swipe my screen, it randomly goes to the apps screen and won’t go back, the battery is draining, and now it’s wiping my steps every morning. I’ll have 5k steps after a treadmill workout and when it syncs to my phone it drops to 495 steps. I’ve tried every suggestion on here, any others before I give in? I’ve been a Fitbit user for many years but between this and issues with my last one, it might be time to switch to Apple or Garmin.
